Grounded Cafe started as an outreach/inreach to encourage island natives and visitors to come and have coffee before attending Sunday service. With this in mind in one of the best commercial buildings in the Virgin Islands, the owners of Grounded Cafe launched a premier location featuring signature sandwiches, specialty drinks, salads, soups and so much more.
Coffeehouses are such a staple in our world that working with Grounded Cafe was very exciting. Our challenge was to get to know our client through the perspective of Virgin Island natives and visitors while focusing on the relationship that the establishment holds with the community. This was a challenge that we gladly accepted.
As a integrated marketing business, spending quality time in coffeehouses We decided to visit St. Croix to understand the people as we created the digital platform for the establishment. Our result was a fun and lively website that features images of the location, people, and the great product that Grounded Cafe offers through their menu. Grounded Cafe is now a fully branded establishment providing St. Croix with a great place to experience the best flavor on the island.

From time to time we work with a brand that has established a presence, created their identity and looking for the right marketing agency that can elevate their brand through the development of a digital marketing platform. The owners of Grounded Cafe contacted Creative I and provided insight into what consumers were requesting from their locations. The primary objective was to develop their website to provide customers with information on products sold at their stores (menu development) and location and hours of operations information.

We worked closely with the owners of Grounded Cafe to understand their brand, product and services which we incorporated into a professional website theme and design. We created a custom menu to be viewed directly on the Grounded Cafe website along the inclusion of Grounded Cafe location images the sourcing of images that complimented the coffeehouse theme. We continue to work with Grounded Cafe on their marketing campaign with plans for website expansion featuring online ordering.
