With our daily lives being influenced with various hardships, it is just as important to focus on mental health. New Horizons provides counseling services to individuals and families in an effort to live a stable and well rounded life.

From scheduling meetings to discover new projects, to building campaigns and planning for the next campaign, experiencing a sense of a decreased work life balance can happen very easily and without much notice.
New Horizons contacted our team to discuss their need for marketing services so that their business could provide a personal connection with patients. As a new company they entrusted our team to develop their brand identity, imaging, and digital marketing platform. We were more than happy to work with their organization to create a warm and inviting brand that resonated well with potential and existing clients. Mental health is a very important area of development for all individuals. We are proud to provide our services and work directly with New Horizons to develop a brand that connects their staff with clients on a personal level.
I. Strategy
To create a marketing campaign that would present a message of community and concern for the health and well being of people no matter what race, gender or ethnicity while evoking themes of warmth, tranquility, and trust.
Campaign Discovery
New Horizons needed a fresh approach to their brand and allowed our team to create their brand identity system, brand collateral, and digital platforms. Creating a marketing campaign for organizations that are in the health and wellness industry requires careful planning, research and development which we applied to this and all of our campaigns. They shared with us that they were open to receiving our solutions for the development of an identity for their brand but wanted us to keep the themes and imagery that included calm environments and peaceful settings. Further discussion provided a revelation that the company resonates with the poem "The Road Not Taken" by Author and Poet, Robert Frost (which we love as well). We considered each of these areas of development when creating the brand for New Horizons.
Creative I Solution
We sourced images that included large bodies of water, long pathways, and outdoor settings to serve as the foundation for the theme of the brand. We worked with a bold typography that would stand out as part of the identity. The New Horizons team advised that they were fond of shades of light blue which we incorporated into the design. We provided brand strategy and creative direction to develop brand collateral for New Horizons including business cards, appointment cards, client registration forms, and letterhead as part of their campaign.
II. Digital Marketing
The staff at New Horizons practices high levels of efficiency and quality communication with their clients. In an effort to continue enhancing their relationship with their clients both current and potential, we worked with their team to create their digital platform which provides information on services provided, healthcare providers that work with their office, and forms that can be accessed through their website.
When it comes to healthcare, information is key. Our discovery phase with New Horizons provided a look at the daily operations of their staff which includes patients seeking information online regarding the location of their office, contact information, scheduling appointments, the ability to access forms prior to an appointment and services provided. We worked closely with New Horizons to develop these forms and make them available through their website. We continue to work with New Horizons to understand the needs of their clients and provide marketing services that will better serve these individuals.
